قرارداد تسهیلات آماده سازی

متقاضیان پس از ارایه معرفی نامه از سوی نهادهای ذکر شده به بانک میتوانند با در نظر گرفتن شرایط و مقررات تعیین شده از تسهیلات آماده سازی اراضی بهره مند شوند.

در این مرحله پس از تکمیل مدارک و انجام بررسی های لازم از سوی بانک، قرارداد اعطای تسهیلات آماده سازی منعقد و به ازای هر واحد مسکونی 10 میلیون ریال تسهیلات به متقاضیان اعطا می شود.

  • مرحله آماده سازی شامل طراحی، تسطیح زمین، اجرای جوی و جدول و زیرسازی و آسفالت معابرو … است.

مدارک مورد نیاز برای اعطای تسهیلات آماده سازی طرح مسکن مهر 

  1. ارایه معرفی نامه از نهادهای مربوطه
  2. تفاهم نامه یا قرارداد واگذاری زمین به منظور آماده سازی طرح مسکن مهر
  3. تصویر برابر اصل شده مادر زمین یا برگه واگذاری، نقشه های معماری مهندسی با نظر معرفی کننده و صورت مجلس تفکیکی زمین
  4. ارایه نقشه آماده سازی زمین ( در صورت وجود )
  5. تصویر و اصل قرارداد ( پیمان ) مشارکت در اجرای طرح آماده سازی زمین
  6. فهرست اعضا ممهور به مهر اداره تعاون و معرفی آنها توسط نهادهای مربوطه ( در خصوص تعاونی ها )
  7. تقاضای متقاضی مبنی بر تعداد واحد و مبلغ تسهیلات
  8. اصل و کپی مدارک شناسایی اشخاص حقیقی یا حقوقی
  9. افتتاح حساب جاری به نام متقاضی
  10. واریز مبلغ 5 میلیون ریال به ازای هر عضو یا متقاضی ( در صورت تایید نهادهای معرفی کننده مبنی بر هزینه کردن عملیات آماده سازی، نیازی به واریز این مبلغ نمی باشد).
